Case Management

Families are busy. It can be a struggle to keep multiple professionals, therapists and a school team on the same page. If you want someone to be the point person to ensure action points are followed up on, communication is maintained and plans for your child's care continues, then case management may be useful for you.

I have been working with differently-abled individuals since 2004 and am a fierce yet professional advocate for inclusion. I have strong administrative and communication skills, which are critical elements to successful case management.
